Outcomes and Indicators of Nonprofit Success
Joint Project with the Urban Institute
The Center for What Works and The Urban Institute completed the initial phase of research to provide the first sector-wide framework for nonprofit program outcomes and indicators for success. The framework assists service providers to identify and measure common program outcomes to benchmark and improve. It also assists grant-makers with a common language to compare grantees. Read about the initial plan in the Nonprofit Times and find the final report and results in the Outcome Indicators Project.
